Kendall Young

Kendall M. Young is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with over 25 years of experience helping clients define and achieve their financial goals. He is passionate about understanding individual client objectives and creating structure and clarity in their financial lives to maximize wealth in ways that align with their values. His clients range from professional athletes to entrepreneurs and individuals navigating life transitions, such as recent widows and retirees, who benefit from his deep knowledge and unwavering integrity.

Kendall became a financial advisor because he enjoys helping people. His favorite part of the job is taking complex ideas and breaking them down into ideas that are easier to understand.

Since 2019, Kendall has been a principal at Cauble Harre & Freeman Wealth Management where he focuses on creating and implementing personalized financial strategies that allow clients to accumulate tax-efficient wealth, create retirement income and protect their assets. Kendall enjoys leading all areas of clients’ financial lives including coordination of income tax planning, estate planning and insurance reviews. Prior to joining Cauble Harre & Freeman Wealth Management, Kendall was a Director at Matter Family Office.

In addition to his CFP® designation, Kendall holds a BA in Economics from Knox College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Washington University. He is also a past Board President of the St. Louis chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Committed to giving back to his community, Kendall volunteers for the St. Louis Tax Assistance Program assisting low-income individuals with tax preparation. He served on the board of directors for Kids In the Middle from 2011 to 2018.

Kendall lives in Des Peres, MO with his wife, Caroline, and their spirited Aussiedoodle, Tucker. He and his wife have launched twin daughters and will soon do the same with their son, who is a senior at the University of Denver. In his free time, Kendall enjoys hiking Missouri trails and is working toward his goal of visiting all 63 National Parks.
